Below you'll find answers to common questions about tickets, arrival, venue policies and more.
Please note: Policies can vary by event. Always check the individual event page for the most up-to-date information about age restrictions, ticket policies, set times, entry requirements and event-specific policies.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Where can I park?
Parking is limited. We recommend rideshare or public transportation whenever possible.
Street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. Please read all posted signs carefully, as restrictions and hours vary.
Several paid parking options are also available within walking distance, including parking at West Hollywood Park and nearby private lots. The Troubadour does not operate or parking lots or valet services. Parking rates and hours are set by each operator, so please confirm details directly with the parking provider before leaving your vehicle.
What is the age requirement to attend the Troubadour?
The Troubadour hosts All Ages events, although some events may have age restrictions.
Any age restriction will be clearly listed on the event detail page and ticket purchase page.
Does my child need a ticket?
Yes. Everyone requires a ticket regardless of age. We do not recommend bringing children under the age of 3 to the Troubadour as it is a loud environment. Please bring ear protection for your young children.
What ID do I need?
Guests must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol.
When ID is requeired, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID. No copies or photos of your ID will be accepted.
The Troubadour reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide acceptable identification.

TICKETING
How do I purchase tickets for an event?
Tickets for Troubadour shows are available through our ticketing partner AXS.
Click BUY TICKETS on the individual event page to purchase tickets.
Tickets purchased through third-party sellers are not verified or guaranteed by the Troubadour, and we cannot guarantee that they are valid or will be accepted for entry. We strongly recommend purchasing tickets directly through the Troubadour or AXS.
When do tickets go on sale?
On-sale dates vary by event.
The best way to receive advance notice of upcoming shows is to join our mailing list.
What is a presale? How I get a password?
Presales provide an opportunity to purchase tickets beofre the general on sale.
Presales are generally coordinated and provided through the artist's fan club, mailing list or other official artist channels. We do not provide passwords.
Can I buy tickets at the Box Office on the day of the event?
Sometimes. If a show is not sold out and tickets are still available on the day of the event, you may purchase tickets in person at the Box Office.
Some shows sell quickly and may not have tickets available on the day of the event. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
The Box Office opens at Doors for each event.
Please note, our Box Office is CASH ONLY.
When do advance tickets stop being available?
Advance ticket availability varies by event. Tickets may remain available until the event sells out or the online ticketing window closes.
What does the ticket limit mean?
The ticket limit is the maximum number of tickets one customer may purchase for a particular event.
Orders that exceed the stated ticket limit may be cancelled.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Ticket transfer rules vary by event. Some allow transfers, while others strictly prohibit them.

Promotional tickets generally cannot be transferred.

For scanning issues, the ticket recipient must contact the original buyer. Troubadour cannot guarantee assistance with tickets purchased on third-party sites.
What is the Troubadour's refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless a show is cancelled.
Additional event-specific policies may apply. Please review the ticket terms provided at the time of purchase.
Third Party Tickets
I bought a ticket through StubHub, Craigslist or another third-party seller. Will it work?

The Troubadour and AXS may not be able to verify tickets purchased outside official channels.

There is a possibility that unofficial tickets will not scan successfully at the door.

Tickets suspected of being purchased for unauthorized resale may be cancelled.

I'm on the guest list. How do I get in?
Please proceed to Will Call and present a valid photo ID.
A valid photo ID is required for guest-list admission.
ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
Is the Troubadour accessible?
Yes. We offer accessibility accommodations, including assistance with seating and wheelchair access.

Accessibility accommodations may vary depending on the event and the physical layout of the venue.
How do I purchase wheelchair-accessible tickets?
Please contact the Troubadour in advance of your show for information about accessible seating and accommodations.
SHOW TIMES & ARRIVAL
When do the Doors open?
Doors typically open one hour before show time, although this may vary by event.
Please refer to the individual event page at troubadour.com and our social media for the most up-to-date information.
What time should I arrive?
The earliest you may enter the venue is the posted Doors time listed on your ticket or event page.
Set times? What time does the ‘x’ artist go on?
Click HERE for this week's set times.
Set times are generally posted on the Troubadour's social media channels on the day of the show.
We generally post day-of-show set times around 1 PM.
If a set time has not been posted, it means the schedule has not yet been finalized.
Set times are subject to change, but we make every effort to keep shows running on schedule.
How early can I line up?
Please do not line up more than one hour before Doors.
Guests who arrive earlier may be asked to leave the area and return closer to Doors.
Does the Troubadour have seating?
Most shows at the Troubadour are general admission, standing-room only.
If an event is seated, it will be clearly noted on the event page and during the ticket purchase process.
For events with limited seating, seating is generally first come, first served unless otherwise noted.
What time does the show end?
End times vary by show.
Most shows end at latest around 11 PM–midnight, depending on the night's lineup, door time and headlining artist.
The venue may remain open later.
WHAT CAN I BRING?
What size bags are allowed?
Bags and backpacks measuring 14" × 14" or smaller are permitted.
Small clutches are also permitted.
Bags or backpacks larger than 14" × 14" are not permitted.
The Troubadour does not offer coat check or storage for prohibited items.
What items are NOT allowed inside the Troubadour?
For everyone's comfort and safety, please do not bring the following items:

Security may prohibit additional items that are deemed unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate by venue management.
A full list of prohibited items is posted at the venue.
What happens if security finds a prohibited item?
Security reserves the right to inspect and remove any item deemed unsafe, disruptive or otherwise prohibited.
If you choose not to enter the venue after an item is removed, no refund will be issued.
Are weapons allowed?
No. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the Troubadour, including firearms, knives, mace, pepper spray and other items that could be used as weapons.
Can I bring a camera?
Camera policies vary by show and are determined in part by the performing artist.
Small, non-professional point-and-shoot cameras are generally permitted.
Professional cameras, cameras with detachable lenses and other professional recording equipment are generally not permitted unless specifically approved.
Can I bring an iPad, tablet or selfie stick?
No. iPads, tablets, laptops and selfie sticks are not permitted.
Can I record video?
No. Video recording is not permitted without an approved photo/media pass.
Additional restrictions may apply even with a pass.
How do I get a photo or press pass?
Photo and press credentials are determined by the performing artist, artist management, label or publicist.
If you would like to photograph an artist, please contact the artist or their representative directly.
The Troubadour does not issue artist photo passes or provide artist publicity contacts.
Can I smoke or vape inside the Troubadour?
No. The Troubadour is a non-smoking, non-vaping venue.
Is there a coat check?
No. The Troubadour does not offer coat check or hold personal belongings for guests.
Can I wear a costume to the show?
Yes, with some restrictions. Have fun, but please follow these guidelines:

Please respect the cultures of others when choosing a costume. Headdresses and culturally appropriative costumes are not permitted.

Leave toy weapons of any kind—including guns, knives, baseball bats, handcuffs and swords—at home.

Fake blood is not permitted.
-
Realistic first responder and city-services costumes are strictly prohibited, including law enforcement, medical staff and firefighter costumes.

Reflective high-visibility gear and hard hats are prohibited.
-
Hard-sided helmets or headgear that could cause injury to yourself or other guests are not permitted.

Facial coverings and masks that cannot be removed are not permitted.

Full-face makeup that prevents staff from verifying your identity against your government-issued photo ID is not permitted.

Inflatable costumes or props that interfere with other guests' concert experience are not permitted.
As always, refer to the prohibited-items list for a complete overview of what is and is not allowed inside the venue.

FOOD & DRINK
Does the Troubadour serve food?
Yes. Food is available for purchase at every show.
The Troubadour has a small kitchen in the showroom serving bar food such as burgers, chicken tenders, sandwiches and fries.

The Troubadour accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards and digital methods of payment at our points of sale.
What are the wristbands for?
Guests must have a wristband to purchase alcohol and, where permitted, to leave and return to the venue.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required to receive an alcohol wristband.
Guests under 21 are not permitted to consume alcohol and do not receive alcohol wristbands.
SAFETY & SECURITY
What should I do if I don't feel safe at a show?
Please tell us. If you feel uncomfortable or believe your well-being is at risk, speak with a member of our security or venue staff immediately.
Our staff is here to help address concerns and make sure everyone can enjoy the show.
Please remain aware of your surroundings, especially in crowded areas, and do not hesitate to ask a staff member for assistance.

Please contact the Troubadour with a clear description of the item, including when and where you believe it was lost.
We cannot guarantee that lost items will be recovered or held indefinitely.
How do I submit a booking inquiry?
All booking inquiries may be submitted through our Booking Submission Form.
Booking requests are not accepted by phone or in person at the venue.
Due to the volume of booking inquiries we receive, we prioritize detailed submissions that include the requested information.
