Vincent Coleman - (Set time: 10:30 PM)
Vincent Coleman
Vincent made a name for himself as the lead singer of Vas Defrans, a progressive rock band based out of North Hollywood, CA, where his songwriting and heart felt performances created huge buzz. After a three year career with Vas, in which he performed for the LiveNation Brand New Artist Showcase for SXSW in 2012, Vincent decided to go his own way and begin a career as a solo artist, songwriter, and producer.

His first EP, entitled Unrequited, released in April of 2013, was a five-song industrial rock/electronic influenced album written by Vincent and co-produced by Dean Dichoso (Fefe Dobson, Dead End Amelia) and Dash LeFrancis (Linda Perry, Duk, Justin Hawkins of The Darkness) and supported through a successful KickStarter campaign.

In December of 2013, Vincent released a two-part EP, entitled SoundShifts, an Indie Pop release influenced by minimal electronic and trip hop sounds.

In the fall of 2014, Vincent released his first full length entitled 9 Islands, an exploration of falling in love and facing your fears.

Vincent Coleman brings a unique & refreshing perspective to both his music and live performances, evoking power through his undeniable vocal abilities & sharing his inspiration of love and artistry.

The band features front-man, lead vocalist Cameron Boyer, lead Guitarist Cameron Olsen, bassist Brennen Bates and drummer Cole Carson. Their last EP which debuted in 2014 was compromised of songs co-written & co-produced with Simon Katz (Youngblood Hawke/Universal Publishing). In 2015, Signal City began writing and recording new music for their first, full album release scheduled to drop this Fall. The new songs are a collaborative effort with Warner/Chappell contract writers (Halsey – New Americana, Oh Honey, Cash Cash). The band has played countless, sold-out shows, at all the infamous Hollywood venues with their largest shows having been at The Club Nokia and Long Beach Arena. Signal City also performed an on-stage duet with Apl.De.Ap from the Black Eyed Peas, was the youngest band ever to perform the national anthem at Staples Center for the Los Angeles Lakers, and performed at the Sunset Strip Music Festival, Echo Park Rising and Teen Hoot.
The Narwhals - (Set time: 8:15 PM)
The Narwhals
The Narwhals are a young, alternative, Los Angeles based, rock band, formed in 2010. Their music is heavily influenced by modern rock groups, such as The Strokes, and indie rock groups like The Vaccines and Arctic Monkeys. They have been a band since they were barely teenagers and their original music reflects their coming-of-age experiences filtered through a sound and musical talent mature beyond their years. The Narwhals are made up by Dylan Minnette (singer/guitarist), Zack Mendenhall (bass), Cole Preston (drums) and Braeden Lemasters (singer/guitarist).

Dylan (born in Evansville, IN) and Braeden (born in Warren, Ohio) met at a young age through their acting careers in Los Angeles. They quickly bonded over their mutual love to write and perform music. Pursuing this, they joined a teen music program in Van Nuys where they met Cole (born in Los Angeles, CA). Braeden’s father, a music coach, helped find and enlist Zack Mendenhall (born in Valencia, CA). Within a short amount of time they formed The Feaver where they quickly began writing and performing original music.

The band gained quick notoriety in their first year after winning the 98.7 Rockstar Competition in 2010, claiming prizes including $10,000, studio time, and meetings with major recording labels. Since this time they have booked huge events such as the highly prestigious Vans Warped Tour in 2011, and famous LA venues, including The Roxy, The Whisky a Go Go, the Troubadour, the Viper Room, and more. Their song “Bleeding Man” was even selected for the promo of season 2 of R.L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour.

They have recorded in major studios such as Swinghouse and at Danny Masterson’s Bronson Island. In August 2013, they travelled to Chicago to attend Lollapallooza and play the House of Blues. In early 2014 the band changed their name from “The Feaver” to “The Narwhals”. Currently they are recording new music in a make-shift studio in Zack’s living room and actively booking new shows.
