The Dirty Diamond - (Set time: 11:00 PM)
The Dirty Diamond
Blending a sweet mix of classic American and British infused rock, folk, and Eastern/Armenian tinges, The Dirty Diamond takes listeners on a colorful musical journey. Their soulful and melodic writing creates a vast space in the theater of the mind and heart.

Since the band’s inception, The Dirty Diamond has released 2 albums: "The Dirty Diamond" (produced by Sebu Simonian of the band Capital Cities) and "Our Divine and Sovereign Mother". A fixture on the Los Angeles rock scene, The Dirty Diamond has headlined at iconic venues such as The Troubadour, House of Blues, The Hotel Cafe, and The Viper Room. As an opening act, The Dirty Diamond recently performed at LA’s Greek Theatre.

Some of the band’s collaborations include recordings with pianist Tigran Hamasyan, vocalist Durga McBroom of Pink Floyd, and World Musician Arto Tucboycian.

DD band members, accomplished professionals in their own right, have toured and/or recorded with artists such as Shania Twain, Todd Rundgren, Macy Gray, Serj Tankian, Linda Perhacs, Mika, Keb' Mo, Mindi Abair, Florence + The Machine, James Blunt, Juanes, Andra Day, and more.

The Dirty Diamond are currently hard at work on a new album, set to be titled "Brand New Vintage".
Help the Doctor - (Set time: 10:15 PM)
Help the Doctor
“Help The Doctor” is not your typical Los Angeles based band. These
four surgeons create innately catchy melodies backed by the crunch of
twin guitar attacks and a versatile rhythm section. From the ashes of
“Killing Phantoms,” P. Danger's resplendent former New York City band,
comes a shiny new outlook filtered through the California sunshine and
topography. Coming together in full force in January 2012, Danger
(lead vocals, guitar) found fellow revelers in hooks and love of indie
rock and roll on the hallowed grounds of the UCLA medical campus. Each member brings their own unique journeys into the fray: Rip Towns
(guitar, keys, vocals), a classically trained pianist and guitarist
virtuoso from Baltimore, Jay Roost (bass, vocals), a home-grown LA
bastion whose fluid proficiency combines a wealth of styles, and Sol
Power, the unerringly solid and even keeled drummer from Santa
Barbara. With both a sold-out debut and headlining show at the
legendary Troubadour in West Hollywood, these docs are ones to watch.
Look for their debut EP this fall recorded with Grammy award winning
producer Chris Testa (Jimmy Eat World, Dixie Chicks). Fans of catchy
rock and roll in the independent vein (Weezer, Death Cab for Cutie)
will have much to love here.

State To State - (Set time: 8:45 PM)
State To State
Since releasing their first LP, No Bounds, in 2014, State to State have established themselves as flag bearers of atmospheric rock, while looking to create a new path for themselves in a landscape forged by bands like Muse, Radiohead and Interpol. In addition to playing residencies at The Hotel Cafe and The Viper Room, and outdoor events like Street Food Cinema & Showtime's Eat See Hear, they are busy enlisting new recruits at venues throughout the southwest and beyond. The dynamic landscape of ambient guitar textures, anthemic riffs, and haunting melodies from vocalist/guitarist Shea Stratton, and guitarist, Andrew Orvis, is well navigated by the authoritative rhythm section of drummer, Michael Schneider, and bassist, Patrick Morgan. Their latest EP, Motives, was produced and recorded by Grammy-nominated Producer/Engineer, Ian MacGregor (All-American Rejects, Katy Perry, Twenty One Pilots) at Greg Wells’ Rocket Carousel Studio in Culver City, CA. They played to a sold-out crowd at The Lost Room in Echo Park to celebrate the EP release.
