Lucky+Love
LUCKYANDLOVE write catchy electro pop songs with analog synths + live drums. Vocalist & multi-synth-pedal-instrumentalist April Love, and drummer & multi-synth instrumentalist Loren Luck, uses every extremity while blissing out audiences with live improvisation and modulation. Loren Luck a drummer, plays melodic phrases on electronic drums and drum synthesizers with his light sticks, layering beats, musical patterns, and driving polyharmonies. Singer April Love plays analog synths that are keyed stroked and pitch bent through a keytar, and modulated through her foot pedal.
On May 26th, Los Angeles's analog synthwave and darkwave darlings released their second LP, Transitions, distributed globally through Southern Record Distributors UK and Forced Exposure in the US. Get sonically "adjusted" while traveling.Transitions, is a sonic neon rainbow of synthgaze, an ocean of darkwave, and a jungle of electro punk. It's the record to pack on your next vacation with tracks like Summertime Frolic, a fresh alpha wave inducing breeze. No vacation is complete without hearing an Animal, and you'll find yourself in a spy movie with Dangerous Run Away. to write and perform live on this record with Grammy winning engineer Be Hussey
Tigercide - (Set time: 10:30 PM)
Tigercide
Beneath the bright lights and beyond the velvet ropes of Hollywood lies a different Southern California: a desolate land filled with darkness, punctuated by unrealized dreams, and broken down with anguished hearts. Tigercide, formed half a decade ago in LA, gives musical form to this landscape with the ethereal, melancholic vocals of Shexist and the exotic, shadowy, and balanced beats of Saint Brendan.

The post-punk of bands like Joy Division and New Order embodied a de-industrializing Manchester. The Bristol sound of Massive Attack and Portishead gave voice to the multicultural grittiness of their city. So too does the darkwave trip-hop of Tigercide capture the ethos of Angelenos anxious about their future. In a city characterized by soaring rents, temperatures, and population, can there be any more California dreaming?
Nura Luca - (Set time: 9:45 PM)
Nura Luca
Singer-songwriter Angie King discovered a passion for singing at a young age in church choir. Her beloved Father was a professional operatic singer/musician who heavily influenced her eclectic sound. Dark and dreamy melodies combined with mystery and illusion interpret the blank narrative.
It’s an art. It’s transcending.
It’s Nura Luca.
Venus in Scorpio - (Set time: 9:00 PM)
Venus in Scorpio
The Venus in Scorpio is the solo music effort of singer-songwriter-producer Philip C Moak. His musical trajectory rooted itself in 2007 when he began to teach himself music production by ear, citing electro-pop and indie acts like Ladytron, Peaches, CSS, Santigold and Yeah Yeah Yeahs among his contemporary influences. His earlier years were impacted by a range of artists, including the Pixies, the B-52s, No Doubt, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Grace Jones, Yoko Ono and Depeche Mode. The result is a brand of synth pop that combines 80s goth-new wave aesthetics with modern dance electro flavor, and a vocal styling reminiscent of glam rock legends Iggy Pop, David Bowie and Brian Ferry.
