You may purchase advance tickets using the first two options below.

Purchasing options (instructions follow):

1. Through Ticketmaster. Via their website or retail locations.
2. By FAX via the Troubadour. Your cheapest option in advance.
3. At the Box Office. You may purchase tickets at the box office on the night of the show only, unless the show has previously sold out. It is cash only at the box office, no credit cards.

Advance tickets for most of our shows are available through Ticketmaster.

Charge by phone, visit a Ticketmaster location, or purchase online through ticketmaster.com.


Download our FAX form (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required). Fill out the form completely using Adobe Acrobat or print out the form and fill it in by hand. If filling out by hand, please print legibly using blue or black ink. Remember to sign the form before sending it.

FAX the completed form to (310) 247-4896 at any time of the day or night you will be called to confirm your order only from Monday through Friday, 12 Noon to 5 pm PST only. Faxes sent over the weekend will not be processed until Monday. This means if a show is on a Saturday or Sunday and you fax the day of the show, your order will not be processed. Orders are processed Monday thru Friday only. Orders will not be processed on holidays that fall during the week, including the day after Thanksgiving and the Christmas break from December 22nd thru January 2nd. Faxes orders sent at that time will be processed upon on our return if tickets are still available.

If for some reason you cannot download our form, please create your own. You will need to include ALL of the required information detailed below (there are eight items in total). Please PRINT CLEARLY! Orders with missing, incorrect or illegible information will not be processed, and we are therefore not responsible if the show sells out and your ticket reservations were unable to be made. This is why it is highly advisable that you use the form we provide.


Your fax order must contain the following eight items.

1. Your Name as it appears on the credit card.
2. The complete Credit Card Number. PLEASE DO NOT PHOTOCOPY YOUR CREDIT CARD. Faxed photocopies are illegible.
3. The Expiration Date of your credit card.
4. The Zip Code of the credit card billing address.
5. The Date of the Show.
6. The Number of Tickets you'd like to purchase for the event.
7. Your Phone Number so that we can call you with your confirmation number.
8. Your Signature. This must match the name on the credit card.

The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Please note that there is a small service charge of $2 (just pennies a serving!) per ticket. Tickets will be available for pick up at will call (see below).


If you have ordered by FAX, you must pick up your tickets at Will Call, located at the box office on the night of the show only. In order to pick up tickets, the purchaser must present:

1. A Picture ID.
2. The Credit Card used for the ticket purchase.

For most shows you may transfer tickets to a second party, however some shows are noted as NO TRANSFERS of tickets, please be aware that transfers are not always allowed for every show. If the purchaser is unable to attend the event, or is purchasing the tickets for someone else, the purchaser (card holder) must photocopy their ID and write a signed release note on the photocopy. The note must read:

I, (card-holder's name) am transferring my tickets for (the event) to (ticket recipient's name).

The card holder must sign the note. This note should be presented at the box office along with the ticket recipient's ID on the night of the event.

Unless a show is canceled there will be...

1. No refunds.
2. No exchanges.
3. No exceptions.

You may purchase tickets at the box office on the day of the show only, 15 min. before the posted door time. Cash only at the box office for purchasing tickets, credit cards are not accepted.

Tickets will NOT be available at the box office if the show has sold out in advance.
