If you selected the will call option through TicketFly, you must pick up your tickets at Will Call (located at the box office next to the front door) on the night of the show only. In order to pick up tickets, the purchaser must present:
- A Picture ID.
- The Credit Card used for the ticket purchase.
For most shows you may transfer tickets to a second party, however some shows are noted as NO TRANSFERS of tickets, please be aware that transfers are not always allowed for every show. If the purchaser is unable to attend the event, or is purchasing the tickets for someone else, the purchaser (card holder) must photocopy their ID and credit card used for purchase and write a signed release note on the photocopy. The note must read:
I, (card-holder’s name) am transferring my tickets for (the event) to (ticket recipient’s name).
The card holder must sign the note. This note should be presented at the box office along with the ticket recipient’s ID on the night of the event.
Please note – tickets that are won through promotions are NO TRANSFER.

- No exchanges.
- No exceptions.
Please note openers are always subject to change.
You may purchase tickets at the box office on the night of the show only, a few minutes before the posted door time. Cash only at the box office for purchasing tickets, credit cards are not accepted.
Tickets will NOT be available at the box office if the show has sold out in advance.
