Where can I find parking?
The most convenient options are the parking structure across the street or valet parking next door. Parking along our local streets can be tricky. Please read all posted signs carefully as permit parking is STRICTLY enforced by the city. Metered spots are often available on Santa Monica, Melrose and the east side of Doheny. (The meters turn off after 6 pm.)
I faxed my order. What do I need to present at will call in order to pick up my tickets?
You must present a valid picture ID and the credit card used for the purchase. No ID = no admission. No exceptions.
I've never been to the Troubadour before, do I get a seat or is it general admission?
The Troubadour is a general admission venue and mostly standing room only. However, we do have LIMITED seating upstairs in our showroom balcony and downstairs beside our showroom bar which give view to the stage. Please note, all seating is first come first served. Additionally, we have seating in our front bar and upstairs in our VIP loft--though there is no direct view of the stage from these areas, there are TV monitors which display a live feed of all the on-stage action!
I'm on the guest list. How do I get in?

How do I buy tickets at the Box Office?
The box office accepts cash only and opens 15 minutes before doors open for the show. Tickets are available at the box-office on the DAY OF SHOW ONLY and if the show is not sold out in advance.
How can I buy advance tickets?
Advance tickets may be purchased for most shows (check the event calendar for advance ticket availability for the show you'd like to attend) by FAX through our business office (please see below) or through Ticketmaster via telephone, retail locations or online at ticketmaster.com.
How can I buy advance tickets via fax?
You may order tickets via fax Monday through Friday from 12 Noon to 5 pm PST only. Tickets will be claimed at will call on the day of the show. For details on how to order by fax, please visit the Ticket Info Page.
What forms of payment are accepted at the bar?
Only cash, VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted at the bar.
Do I have to be 21 and over to be admitted?
No. All ages are welcome.
What are the wristbands for?
You must have a wristband to order drinks and to leave and return to the club. Please show a valid photo ID at the door to obtain a wristband. Sorry, no in/out privileges for patrons under 21 years of age.

- You must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Government Issued Picture ID (e.g. state picture ID/drivers license, passport, etc.)to drink alcohol.
- Fake/altered IDs are confiscated on the spot and the presenter is immediately ejected.
- As per California Law, there is no smoking in the house.
- Underage drinking, and/or making alcohol available to a minor result in immediate removal of all involved parties.
- You must have a wristband to order drinks and to leave and return to the club. Please show a valid photo ID at the door to obtain a wristband. Sorry, no in/out privileges for patrons under 21 years of age.
- Visible intoxication results in no admission. No exceptions.
- Still photography (without flash) may be taken ONLY with artist's prior consent.
- No flash photography--ever.
- No video recording.
- No audio recording.
- No outside food/beverages.
- No spikes, wallet chains, drugs, weapons or weapon-like items.
- No stage diving and fighting. Engaging in such behavior will result in your immediate removal from the premises.
- Unless a show is canceled there are no refunds. No exceptions.
