Of Verona - (Set time: 9:35 PM)

The name "of Verona" comes from Shakespeare’s comedy, "Two Gentlemen of Verona." It has the smallest cast of any of the Shakespeare plays and we imagined it as the underdog of sorts, surviving on the sheer virtue of its story.

Our story coming soon ... it will undoubtedly be the greatest story ever told ... or not.

Mandi Perkins (from of Verona) is undoubtedly one of the freshest, most prolific songwriters to hit the U.S. from our North American neighbor. Consistently delighting audiences with their enthusiastic performances, "take no prisoners" attitude, and contagious melodic rock, (of Verona) is set for fame." -- BMI

Mandi Perkins is the new frontier when it comes to females that rock; she’s unfiltered, unedited, and is a “true” artist - Her lyrics are 100% her life and I’m excited for the rest of the world to hear what I know will be one of the best new rock acts in years.” - Ryan Tedder (from One Republic)

"(of Verona) is at the top of the talent list and definitely worth checking out live. It won’t be long before someone swoops up these dynamic stars ..." -- Hits Magazine

Soul Puppet - (Set time: 10:25 PM)

With great ease the Los Angeles based 5-piece Soul Puppet delivers a heartwarming combination of soulful lyrics, haunting melodies, and skillful instrumentation. Each song carries you on a journey to a time where hard work measured your future, and the heart’s guidance led you through the tough times in life. Though the songs may take you to simpler times, it is apparent that each note has bee chosen with great precision. While most bands are emulating what they hear on pop radio, Soul Puppet has made a place for themselves by taking it back to the roots of our rich musical history.

What began as a trio of high school friends who shared a common love for sounds of America’s past bloomed into a long hard road of writing and developing their sound. Their passion for American Roots music led them to the home of legendary Band drummer and singer Levon Helm in Woodstock, New York. It was this unique experience that laid the foundation for the band’s new found passion and sound. In 2005 Chris continued a professional relationship with Levon in the studio, and Luke and Stephan went on the road behind grammy award winning artist, Jonny Lang on his successful 2005 acoustic tour. After that tour, Stephan and Luke reunited with Chris in Burbank, California to start working on their first album.

In 2008 Soul Puppet welcomed two new members, Andrew Perusi and Paris Carney. Andrew, hailing from Monroe, Conneticut is a graduate of the prestigious New School for Music in New York City. Playing bass, he brings to the studio and stage his ability to create an undercurrent of skillful lows that draw you in close to the depth of each song’s meaning. New York City native Paris adds a soulful fluidity and lightness to the group with her effortless leading vocals. She is a seasoned Jazz and Roots vocalist and younger sister to Reeve and Zane Carney of the emerging rock band “Carney”.

It was this unique chemistry that led them to the studio to create their debut EP, “Thick As Thieves”. Its highly anticipated release has been the culmination of more than 3 years of work, and exhibits sounds ranging from early Americana to the throwback vibe of 50’s rock and roll. Everyone who hears them agree that Soul Puppet is making waves as a genre-breaking band with the musical chops to back it up. So, keep your ears and eyes open for more great things as Soul Puppet continues touring and releasing great music for years to come.

White Lights - (Set time: 8:45 PM)

White Lights is an ongoing musical collective based in Los Angeles, CA since 2007.

Kicking Daisies - (Set time: 8:00 PM)

Kicking Daisies is an authentic, original rock band that resonates across a broad swath of tweens and teens for its honesty and intense musicianship. It is a sound that combines modern rock rhythms with hook laden melodies and flavors it all with virtuoso guitar and drum flourishes. Their music sounds great in the studio; but you need to experience Kicking Daisies live to fully comprehend the talent of these young prodigies. The band members are truly gifted songwriters and musicians and have a powerful stage presence that doesn’t seem possible from kids their age. Lead dinger Duran Visek, 14, sings, writes songs, plays guitar, piano and drums; but it’s when he walks on stage and all eyes become riveted on him that you know you have met the next great rock star for a new generation! Caitlin Kalafus is a cosmic force of nature. At just 16, she has already holds the title of "world’s fastest female drummer". Quite simply, she is the best drummer of her generation. Her notoriety as a drummer (she already has millions of hits for her You Tube videos) may soon be surpassed by her ability to write songs that touch your soul while rocking your body. Her sister, 13 year old Carly Kalafus joined the band at Caitlin’s insistence to play bass and complement her on vocal harmonies. Carly is the group’s fashionista, as well as a bona fide genius, and defines the word overachiever. Although Carly is a gifted piano player, she only picked up the bass eight months ago when she joined the band. 13 year old Ben Spremulli explodes on the guitar with fiery pyrotechnics but also has mastered the subtle accents needed to complement the pop melodies that the band excels in. He has been compared to talents as diverse as Stevie Ray Vaughn and Eddie Van Halen. Simply put when Ben plays, jaws drop. Singers, songwriters and multi instrumentalists intent on setting a new path that blends riff driven rock with incredible vocal harmonies to create a sound that fills you with that " I’ve just heard something amazing" feeling. Kicking Daisies captures the essence of teen yearning, rebellion and idealism yet is firmly grounded in optimism and a positive outlook towards life.
