Hunter Hunted - (Set time: 9:45 PM)
Hunter Hunted
Hunter Hunted is an indie rock band from Los Angeles. Dan Chang (guitar/vocals) and Michael Garner (keys/vocals) are former members of the pop-vocal trio Lady Danville. Hunter Hunted weaves intricate vocal harmonies, guitar and piano driven melodies, and heart beat rhythms into voluminous, soaring songs that toe the line between California indie rock, power pop, and indie-folk.

From 2006 to 2012,
Lady Danville captivated audiences while opening for various world-renowned musicians including Ben Folds, Guster, Dashboard Confessional, and Jack’s Mannequin.

Just as all things change, Hunter Hunted has evolved from its members’ origins as pure vocal a cappella performers into a full-bodied musical experience.

The band is currently in the studio with a full-length album due out in 2013.
Wardell - (Set time: 8:45 PM)
Wardell
Sasha and Theo are brother and sister. While they draw from a wide range of influences, their music is best informed by the history of two people who grew up sharing a wall: summery Los Angeles weather, the simultaneous comfort and rivalry of family, and just the right hint of nostalgia.

The first song the band wrote together, “Opossum”, is also their first introduction to the world. Featured everywhere from NPR’s Song of the Day to NME’s Buzz List, “Opossum” is just a taste of what’s to come. Wardell’s debut EP will be released this spring through National Anthem, and they’re hard at work on a full-length album scheduled for 2014.
